This page explains what personal data Bart&Kaali collects when you browse the site, place an order or sign up to hear from us, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

Who's responsible for your data

The brand Bart&Kaali (Registered INPI 759545) is owned by Inspirit Lda, PT519076699, Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. For any question or request about your data, email privacy@inspirit.agency.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address and delivery address, and the details of what you ordered. Payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout and never reach our servers.
Invoicing details: if you give us a tax number, or where the law requires it for an invoice, that information too.

Why we use it

To process, produce, ship and invoice your order, and to contact you about it (contract).
To issue invoices and keep accounting records, as the law requires (legal obligation).

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing you haven't asked for.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the store:

Stripe — payment processing.
Our shipping carrier — your name, delivery address and, where required, contact details, to deliver your order.
Our invoicing software and accountant — to issue invoices and keep our accounts.
Our hosting provider — based in Europe.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by law (such as standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records — for the period tax law requires.

Cookies and similar storage

The site stores your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout to process your payment and prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Just email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
